Google Home Business Kit Review

Is the Google Kit a Scam...?

Recently there has been a wave of work at home programs all claiming that they can show you how to make money from Google. They all sell a Google Home Business Kit for a low shipping and handling fee from $1.99 - $3.88.

These programs consist of a CD, and a membership website that hosts the courses. The lessons teach you how to use Google AdWords to place advertisements for programs that you are an affiliate for.

They also advocate setting up fake blogs and websites to advertise the same Google Kit that you just bought. You may have seen ads like these on Facebook and MySpace. Don't be fooled by these and other sites claiming that you can make money from these programs; any income they're receiving is simply from referring more people to join these sites.

So Are These Google Biz Kits Scams...?

The catch with all these programs is that once you submit your billing info to pay for the S&H you automatically agree to their membership program. When you apply for the Google Home Business Kit you're also authorizing them to charge you a membership fee of up to $70 a month.

This is why these Google Home Business Kits have been called out as serious scams. Most people don't see the fine print which they have cleverly hidden throughout their site. Then a month later they're shocked to see a fee of $70 which they haven't authorized.

There have also been thousands of complaints made against these Google Kit companies, by people who've been charged the monthly fees without even receiving the CD's and membership info.

Now, the guys running these scams are not stupid and are obviously very good at what they do. They've taken many measures to ensure that they can keep operating their scams long term. This includes hiding their websites' URLs and consistently changing the names of their programs.

This is what makes my job so difficult, it's almost impossible to keep up with them. When one product is no longer selling they simply change the name and viola they have a new Google Home Business Kit to sell. For instance they've just switched the name to Google Money Master.

By the time there're enough complaints and articles exposing them they've already moved on to a new name and website. I want to show you some examples of these Google Kit sites which you should avoid, I'm also including a long list of program names that they've used in the past along with a collection of fake affiliate blogs that they use to promote them.

Examples of Earn Google Cash Sites to Beware of...

Easy Google Profit Google Money Master
Google Home Business Kit Google Cash Kit

These websites were advertised through a series of fake blogs set up specifically to sell Google Biz Kits. Most were filled with pictures of a young person, their big checks from Google, and fake comments towards the bottom.

Recently, these scammers have switched to using fake news paper articles to promote the Google BizKits. They often use names (and even logos) like the Los Angeles Times or ABC News and feature a top "story" of how you can make a fortune by simply purchasing one of these Google Kits. You should be wary of any such news articles as they're popping up everywhere.

Here's an example of these fake blog and news sites...

Fake News Article fake blog

If you see an ad for one of these blogs or "newspapers" save yourself the time and don't visit them, as they'll only redirect you to one of these Google Home Business Kits.

Note: If you are at this website because you're looking for a way to make money online then you should check out my top recommendation. It's the best method I've found that anyone can use to earn an income from home, Click Here.

I gave them my name, email address and my cellphone # and they kept calling me back but I was always to busy to talk so I decided to get more information about this job and I realized that they called me like 5 times within 2 days and it was always the same lady with a Chinese accent, so it was difficult for me to understand her. So she transferred me to talk with the supervisor and I asked him to specifically explain what I would be doing and everything and he did as told but he kept asking for my account number and I said I have no money at the time and he said if there was any way I can used my parents or a friends just to get me started and I said I might have the $5 tomorrow. So I can't wait to talk to them again haha

I have a question.. Since they have my email address is there anyway they can hack my email or something like that?? should I change my password?..the reason why I'm asking is because I buy things online and I have my account number shown whenever I receive my confirmation email.. anyways Thanks for the advice ppl

What an idiot I am! I called the company back within 48 hours after researching and spoke to a customer rep who asked me if I wanted to cancel my subscription! DAHH! $84.86 already has shown as a pending charge with the cc company. I already have disputed the charge. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT BE ENTICED!

These people stated that I could get this kit for $1.00 and that I had a 48 hour trial period, this was Sunday evening. By Tuesday morning, they charged my account an additional $79.86 which I never saw coming. When I tried to cancel believing that I still had time within my 48 hours, they told me that they were sorry but my time had ran out. Meanwhile I haven't received anything from them after they took my money. It seems that I have no recourse; so this company can just take our money and walk away free and clear. Someone has to do something about this type of bad business, but even more importantly, as consumers we must be vigilant and read all fine print; better yet DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE UNLESS YOU KNOW FOR A FACT THAT IT IS A REPUTABLE COMPANY AND BUSINESS.

Well I too was looking for extra $$ to help with bills, holiday shopping etc, and got taken for $79+ and thankfully got that refunded, but in a few days got charged $35+ for different item, I didn't order, but I lost that bc it had been 2 days longer than 7 which is cutoff, they said it was canceled, but I didn't trust them so I went to my bank and canceled my card and put stop on any further withdrawals from my acct.

My bank too said that they were receiving numerous complaints from fellow customers, why don't they contact their customers when they see such charges that seem out of ordinary, guess they're just too busy (you reckon?) At anyrate, these scammers can't take anything else from me!

I urge all of you to go to Canadian and US BBB and file complaints using the info you have (if you have any ie., #800/type #'s even if you think they will have changed names and locations) and file complaints with them, US Attorney General, and any other entity out there that you can think of to complain to, besides these blog, and research sites (because while good help, they are basically venting sites)

We all have to stand up and stop these crooks in whatever means available to us.

To the gentleman who has a sick child with H1N1, and can't afford meds, etc, struggling to make ends meet, I hope everyone who has contributed complaints here, will promise to pray for you and others among us who are struggling to stand up under the financial pressure our govt., has inflicted and will continue to inflict on us until we make our voices heard and say we have had enough, we want our jobs to come home from the foreign fields, we want America to work for Americans again.

Sorry about the venting, but I'm righteously indignant, and as a Christian, who fell for a quick get rich scheme instead of trusting my loving and giving God to take care of me. From this point on, I am going to pray over each and every financial question and decision in my life. We live from paycheck to paycheck, but I plan on being a better steward of what He provides than ever doing something so foolish again.

Well, I won't continue any longer because I have much housework to do, after I spend devotional time with Him. God bless all of us, and let's pray that He will guide us through the short time we have left here on this earth. Trust me people, it is much shorter than most of you want to believe. Enough preaching for now, hope my words of encouragement have helped in some small way.

I gave them my details over the web and I've been charged every month since. This was 10 months ago. I called my credit card company and they said they can't stop it as they've checked and I agreed to it. I can't call USA on my phone (international calls are barred by my telco as I was having problems paying them; this is partly why I fell for this scam) so I wrote to them but no reply.

I said to my credit card company I'd cancel the card and I did but the debt still accumulates even though I haven't got the card no more.

I am a single parent with 6 kids aged 1-15. I am living on benefits only now and I am my wits' end. The kids' dads don't wanna know either.

Avoid this company.

MUST READ THE FINE PRINT...

One the screen that asks for your credit card information, scroll down and read the DISCLAIMER at the bottom, it's designed not to be visible in the initial window. It tells you that agreeing to pay the S&H for the kit AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLS you in the Membership Program after a 3 day trial period (witch is about how long it takes for the kit to arrive at your address I should guess).

Don't fall for the hype of getting something for nothing. Be cautious and ALWAYS READ THE FINE PRINT!

Good luck out there.

was charged .97 cents upon signing up and then was charged $79.90 after 7 days. I did not authorize this company to take the $79.90. I initially signed up for the google kit on the 19th of this month. I was charged $.97. This was supposed to be an internet kit using google for extra income. It turned out to be a web site with the same information that google gives you, only google gives you it free. I then noticed on the 26th of October the amount of $79.90 removed from my checking account. I then tried to call the company at 877-484-8016 and spoke with someone who I told to cancel it.. I told her I wanted my money back as I didn't authorize anything other than the $.97, to which she told me it was in the contract.. and basically, too bad.. I wasn't getting my money back. I am on disability and work part time and can't afford to have lost that money. Never again.

At least the internet can also help you access reviews from third parties about potential scams out there. This is the second time I have very nearly fallen for something. Everyone on here is saying "don't do it". Well, that's great if you haven't already done it, but when you have what you really want is for someone to tell you how to stop it. I don't really want to cancel my credit card but I will if I have to.

I was only taken in because I was about to be made redundant and I wanted something to tide me over and make a little money whilst still being at home ... doh!

I very nearly fell for this scam until the alarm bells started ringing. I'm in the UK and the advert I saw was supposedly from a female in the UK. The first warning sign was the cheque she "received" - it was in US dollars, and our currency is the British Pound. How on earth would I be able to bank that? Secondly, the terminology she used was geared up to American banks, definitely not British banks, which made me think that the female wasn't really in the UK. Then the light bulb went off, did a search for scams relating to internet home business kit..... and found this site. Phew! Oh, and I did read the small print at the bottom, and that was almost the last confirmation I needed that the whole thing is a scam - coming to this site is the final confirmation that the advert is a scam. Thank you for stopping me from parting with my hard-earned cash - those scammers will not benefit from me.

When I came across the ad on Yahoo's web page I was in all honesty a bit intrigued. However, I long ago learned that when somebody is telling you that you can make these incredible amounts of money doing something so simple I need to be suspect of what they are saying. Therefore I've also learned to search for reviews and blogs concerning the suspect site/people. Consequently, as usual, I came across this site which clearly shows that I was right, it is to good to be true.

J Drayton I understand that reading the fine print, Term and conditions, is very important. But I would be willing to bet that you have been just a guilty of skimming over these documents as anybody. I did just that and missed it but I did some other research which lead me here and ultimately to a good out come, I didn't get fooled. I suggest that you reserve you opinion of other's failures and be helpful instead of being so critical. Just a thought.

The internet makes this hard to police but these people are dirty money hungry soulless animals with little thought or remorse for others. They take money from those that so obviously have little ( lets face it, rich people wouldn't look twice at these adverts ) and give nothing in return but false hopes. I have not submitted to this but I have a passionate hate for the beady eyed scavenging scum that prey on poorer people than themselves. I work in IT and I could set up an internet scam... but I wouldn't be able to live with myself.

Its time these scammers were scammed themselves, people/robots entering false data en mass, ideally it would crash the servers hosting them - if not it would surely take up their exploitative thieving time...

In this day and time it is too hard for people as it is. The job market has tanked and people are starving,we are looking for real ways to earn an income, not making millions but just trying to get by. they should be ashamed.

i had never heard of this company until my bank telephoned me asking if i would like a payment of £49.74 stopping since this is an account that is hardly used. Somehow this company has got my card details and i believe has also passed them onto a second. This is a absolute SCAM and i hope the people who run this SCAM get what is coming to them as its no less than they deserve!!

I got caught in this scam as well, cancel your credit card immediately.

Google home kit is a scam you signed up for it thinking you are only paying 1.97 for the trial next thing you know you have signed up for lot more companies linked to this scam each of them charging you credit card without your approval.

Best thing you should do to stop the charges is to cancel your credit card immediately and have the bank re-issue a new credit card, if you have legitimate balance pending in your credit card you closing they will transfer that legitimate balance to the new credit card.

I hope they get caught this is not right, this is robbing hard working people trying to find honest way to make money for living.

I too was just scammed out of $69.97 not once but twice! My bank is disputing the charges...but, i never got any literature, cd or anything! I think that this scam must be reported at a higher level! It is unfair to prey on anyone that is looking at a way to try and make money! They are horrible and should be penalized for this type of action! They claimed that I had 5 days to dispute this! If my bank does not support me on this...I will close my account too! I cannot believe that we live in a society where these companies can prey on us!

I paid the $2.95 Shipping and handling charge for the Making Money with Google cd. A week later I had not received the cd but was charged $69.90. I called the company and they said they would not refund the amount. I put a dispute in with my bank and they refunded the amount back. BUT a few weeks later they sent me a letter stating that the transaction was validated because they had the 3#'s on the back of my debit card! I closed my account immediately! My son also had an account at the same bank and he's a minor so my name was on his...they are charging him for all this now! I just got off the phone with the bank and I cleared up my sons account and have to make pmts to the bank until the 69.90 is paid in full. I'd like to add that I never did receive a cd!!!

Last night they had this same scam on the nightly news! FYI...they stated that if you are thinking of doing something like this that is would be best to use a credit card than a bank card so easier to dispute! Just stop these individuals that are causing all this!!!!!

I was scammed by this bunch of crooks for $79 a month when they advertised that I could get a 'kit' and try it for $1.99. I read the privacy part and it said NOTHING about this "membership" costing $79 a month! They are GOOD scam artists and I didn't even receive a "kit"! I immediately canceled my card and took my loss. I wish these crooks would be caught and spend a few years in jail..as they deserve. Patricia

But I learned many years ago to ALWAYS FIND & READ the very carefully crafted and usually well hidden FINE PRINT, RESEARCH, RESEARCH, RESEARCH & "Google" it.
I wonder how these guys are pulling this off using the "Google" trademark/name! I sure hope "Google" isn't condoning this!
Like so many have said before me...."If it sounds too Good to be True or Real....it usually is"!

I e-mailed them to unsubscribe me and it got bounced back undeliverable. My husband is going to kill me when he finds out. Nothing is free but i forgot that somewhere along the way today.

hey everyone!
I tried the product, i really thought i was going to make money. " I was like i can't wait to make $5,000 a month" I never got the starter kit, plus they were taking $80.00 every 2 weeks with out me even authorizing it. I had to change my bank card number so they wouldn't take money. I managed to get a hold of them by phone but i didn't get none of my money back. It was a waste of time and money! The trick is that they take from 80.00 to 130.00 every two weeks top of that there banks are international so when they take money out from your account. Your bank charge you a huge fee!
I lost about almost $600.00 that i didn't have and that i really needed to pay my bills with. I know that the economy is really bad, but PLEASE DON'T TRY IT!

Nearly fell for it but read the Terms & Conditions just in time! That's where I saw the $70 monthly "membership charge". This is a scam. These people prey on the vulnerable & desperate. They will take anyone's money - they may get $1.97 to start with and the occasional $70 but think how this adds up if 1000's of people sign up. There's no such thing as a free lunch!!

Total scumbags. I thought I was pretty switched on but fell for this scam thinking it was Google's own product. Paid for the kit, then something triggered me into doing some internet research and found it to be a total scam. It's pretty easy to tell this is fake because the phrase "They even shared their check with us!" is used in each online ad. Then they show the exact same check for 5,000 even though the articles were about several different people. Why can't Google sue these guys for using their logo?

Guys -- Stay Away from this. It is a definite , very organized scam.

They give you 7 days trial. Just about 4 days when u start thinking that you are not understanding this, they will call u to re-generate your interest by saying will help you develop website step by step.
I started questioning the girl who called me and she got upset & very defensive & pretty much hang up the phone. This is when i realized that their idea is to have u for more than 7 days and get the 80 bucks & that's how they make their money.

BOTTOM LINE
DO NOT GET INTO THIS.

That company pww Internet Biz Kit that withdrew $69.80 from my checking account via my via debit card WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION!!!! SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND EVERYONE AFFILIATED WITH THAT COMPANY THROWN IN JAIL.....But not without paying back everyone they ripped off!!! How many are with me?

Sylvia Hawaii

1:14am on Thursday, October 15th, 2009

Guess what guys.....I did not even authorize these clowns to debit my credit card! I have no idea how they got my information. The only thing I can think of is that they are working with another company. The only thing I bought over the internet was these diet pills called "Acai Blast." If I pay for shipping and handling fee of 99 cents they will ship me a thirty day supply of the above listed item. That is the only thing I bought. I would never purchase a that one supposedly advertised. The say I found out was...I went to the bank to deposit my check and they told me that my checking account was overdrawn by $70.00. Needless to say that I was surprised. I asked the teller to give me info on why I was overdrawn and she told me that a company by the name of "PWW Internet Biz Wiz" had debited $69.80 from my checking account via my visa debit card. I disputed the charges and ask the teller for the info on the company "name and phone#). I tried calling, but to no avail. Anyway, I am going to get my money back from either my bank or that idiotic company (I think I am being nice...let me tell you, I have more creative adjectives that I could use to describe them, but I can't....I am a religious person). Anyway, I hope everyone is successful getting their money back. HEY....GO TO GOOGLE....TYPE IN "PWW INTERNET BIZ KIT" You will see many websites.....go to the one that says, "pww internet biz kit, scam, unauthorized withdrawal." show it to your bank. Maybe if your bank sees that this company is a scam, they will return your money to you.

These guys are real pros. Not only do they scam your credit card and refuse your refund because of the "fine print", they sell your phone number to telemarketers so you get endless phone calls on top of it. I lost $80. plus my phone won't stop ringing and I'm just looking for a job. I thought the telemarketer was to confirm the internet order. My BAD. Just cancel as fast as you can. NEVER give anyone your credit card number. I thought I knew better.

I almost fell for this scam!! I started filling out the form, filled in my name, email, & phone number. Went to the next page, and they were asking for more information that included my CC #. For some reason I just sat here looking at the screen and then started asking myself, why do they want my CC information just for shipping and handling??? Then I started thinking that I REALLY don't like the idea of giving this kind of info out over the internet, especially when something just doesn't FEEL right. Then I decided to do a search on these people, I typed in the search "is Google Biz a scam" and this is the first place it took me to. I immediately shut that scamming website down and gave no info at all, other than my name and phone number. Now I dare them to call me, they may not like what I have to say to them. I hate people who scams others for what little they have to begin with. I don't even consider them as people, they are absolutely IN-HUMAN and should be sooo ashamed of themselves.

I want to say THANK YOU to all websites like this one, (even the ones I don't know about) that exposes these low life scammers for who and what they really are. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

I was about to sign up for one of these sites when I noticed the print at the bottom of the page said "Google does not support or endorse this program" or something of the sort. Of course, this sent alarm bells ringing, as the rest of the site had been saying that you would receive a cheque from Google every week! If they didn't endorse it, why would they pay me to use it?! So I did a little research, I can't believe I was almost setting myself up to pay $70 a month! That's ridiculous!
